Who We Are
On The Move Academy is a nonprofit student mentorship organization based in Maryland. Established in 2021 and launched in the Summer of 2023, our mission is to provide young minds with opportunities for growth and development. We believe that every student should have access to quality education and resources that will help them succeed in their future careers. We are committed to helping students achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Our core values include integrity, excellence, and community. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all of our students. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our students and the community as a whole.
On The Move Academy is more than just a mentorship program. We are a community of students, educators, and mentors who are passionate about education and nursing. Our program focuses on health literacy and offers middle and high school students exposure to diverse paths to becoming a nurse. Through career planning and leadership development, we aim to shape future leaders within the healthcare sector.
